You have the right to change your mind (withdrawal period)
You have 14 days to change your mind. If you decide to exercise this right, you must return the product to us at the address below within 14 days from the date of receipt of your product (postmarked).
As soon as we receive the product, it will be examined by our consumer service to see if it is in good condition (verification carried out between 24 hours and 48 hours from receipt of the product by our service). Depending on its return, the refund will be made within 24 hours.
However, please note that we do not accept :
-Damaged or already used products
-Incomplete returns
-Products returned without labels and packaging

Once again, if despite all our efforts, a product breaks down or malfunctions, we invite you to contact our customer service department (contact@ezimoov.com) which will respond to your request as soon as possible.
In order to facilitate the processing of your request, we ask you to include in your email your Name, order number or invoice number, photos and a clear explanation of the problem encountered.
Please note that you have a period of one year from the date of purchase to submit your claim.
