In the wake of the implementation of the RGPD, we are updating our personal data protection policy to ensure that you are fully informed about how we collect this data via our Site and then use it.

1 - SOME DEFINITIONS

"Our Site" means the website www.ezimoov.com

"You": this is the natural person who places an order on our Site or browses our Site.

In our capacity as data controller, we collect personal data about you either to enable us to process your order or to enable you to benefit from the various services we offer on our Site.
The personal data we collect from our Company and identified by an asterisk is necessary for us to enable you to benefit from these services.
It is important that you inform us immediately of any changes to your personal data.
Otherwise, we may not be able to provide some of our services.

When you create your customer account:

- your email address
- your telephone number
- your address (for delivery and, if applicable, for billing).

This data will also be collected if you place an order without creating a customer account.


For newsletter registration:
- your email address


In the context of our contact form :
- your title
- your first and last name
- your email address



When browsing our Site:
- navigation data (for the shopping cart)
- the IP address
- the origin of navigation.

Please note that we never collect your bank details, which are processed directly by our banking partner.



3 - FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?


We collect your personal data for the following purposes
- the follow-up and execution of the order you place on our Site
- customer management (including monitoring customer relations, managing complaints, managing requests to exercise rights, carrying out canvassing operations) but also to get to know the customer better
- reinforcing and personalising communication, in particular by prospecting, sending newsletters or special offers,
- processing requests for information made in the "Contact" form available on our Site
- the production of commercial statistics.



The processing of personal data that we carry out has as its legal basis either the execution of a contract to which you are party, your consent, the execution of a legal or contractual obligation or the legitimate interest of our Company.

Depending on the purpose for which we collect your personal data, we will collect your consent by means of a checkbox, in accordance with Article 6. 1. a) of the GDPR.



4 - HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?



The length of time we keep your personal data differs depending on the purpose for which we collect it.
We have summarised in the following paragraph the main retention periods that we apply:



Management of our customer files: for the duration of our commercial relationship and beyond for products with a lifetime guarantee
Management of orders: 10 years
Management of invoicing: 10 years
Commercial prospecting: 3 years from the date of collection or the last contact from the prospect or his last order
The elaboration of commercial statistics: 1 year maximum (after the last contact or without response after two successive solicitations)
Management of the newsletter: until the person concerned unsubscribes



Your personal data may also be kept to meet a legal or regulatory obligation, for the time required to fulfil the obligation in question.

5 - WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?


We communicate some of your personal data to third parties.
The personal data collected in the context of placing an order is passed on to our logistics provider, the company FMS.
We strictly require our service providers to use your personal data only to administer the services we ask them to provide. We also require these service providers to always act in accordance with applicable data protection laws and to pay particular attention to the confidentiality and security of such data.
We may also be required to disclose such data in order to comply with an order from the legal authorities.



6- CAN MY PERSONAL DATA BE TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION?

We may transfer some of your personal data outside the European Union, in particular in the context of customer management.

In this case, rigorous and appropriate organisational, procedural and technical measures ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data.

Your personal data is stored either in our databases or in those of the recipients identified in article 5 above.

We store your personal data in a secure manner, for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing. To this end, we take appropriate physical, technical and organisational measures to prevent any alteration or loss of your data or any unauthorised access to it.



8 - WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?



In accordance with the provisions of the RGPD, you have a right of access to your personal data contained in our databases, a right of rectification or deletion, a right to limit their processing, a right of portability as well as a right to object to the collection and processing of your data on legitimate grounds.
